When is my contract start date?
The start of your contract
The quickest way to find your contract start date is to check the welcome email from us. This is typically sent on the same day of a few days after you signed your contract.
Look out for our welcome email, it came from service@fidelity-energy.co.uk
And remember to check your junk folder. If it is in your junk, mark it safe so no more emails from Fidelity Energy end up there.
